Committees are delegated specific tasks to assist Musical Theatre Southwest (MTS) and are responsible for ensuring our organization’s fullest potential.  Each committee is tasked with developing and meeting goals that are in alignment with not only their own core mission but the overall organization.  We have many committees you can be a part of!

What are
MTS Committees?

Each committee spearheads new project ideas, products, and programs to better serve the community. They are responsible for submitting proposals and reporting to the Board of Directors for approval, overseeing the implementation of those ideas, and evaluating their outcome for future improvements. This will be accomplished by aligning with MTS’ mission statement and goals.

What about the
time commitment?

In general, committees meet monthly depending on their needs. Special projects may require additional time throughout the month. Individual time spent on task varies on an average of 1-3 hours a week.
